Estimates and quotes

On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any price range shown on this site is illustrative; the number that binds us is the written quote you receive after we have seen the pool. A written quote is good for 30 days. If we find something during the work that changes the scope — damage behind a wall, plumbing that is not what it appeared to be — we stop, tell you, and get your written approval before continuing.

Scheduling and access

Weekly service runs on a fixed route day. We need gate access on that day; if a locked gate or a loose dog prevents access we will let you know and return on the next available run. Weather that makes work unsafe or would compromise the result — monsoon storms in particular — may move a visit, and we will tell you when that happens rather than let you notice.

Payment

Weekly service is billed monthly and is month to month; you can cancel by telling us, effective at the end of the month. Repairs are due on completion. Remodel projects run on a written schedule of progress payments set out in the contract before work starts.

Warranty

Our workmanship is warranted, with the term stated in writing on your quote. Manufacturer warranties on equipment we install are passed through to you in full and we handle the registration. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, from water chemistry maintained by someone else outside recommended ranges, from storms and other events outside our control, or from work performed on the pool by others.

What we are not

We are a pool service, repair and remodeling contractor. We are not engineers and we do not offer structural, legal or code opinions. Where a job needs a permit or a licensed specialty trade, we say so and we bring in the right licensed party. Pool barrier, gate and fencing requirements are set by the State of Arizona and by your city; we will flag when your project touches them and point you at the current requirements, but complying with them remains the property owner's responsibility.

Limits

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Arizona law. These terms are governed by Arizona law.
