San Tan Valley is about 25 miles southeast of our Chandler base — far enough that we run it on set route days rather than at random, close enough that it is genuinely part of our service area rather than a stretch. Booking around those route days is what keeps the pricing the same as it is closer in.

The building stock here is newer than Mesa's or central Chandler's, so the work skews differently: more weekly service and equipment tuning on pools still in their first surface, and fewer full resurfaces.
